You have to start by knowing where you want to end up. Soundgarden will help you by assessing your needs and wants, come up with the rough draft, and with a little fine tuning and we have a plan. 

No need to spend any of your time researching equipment, finding out where to get it, arranging delivery,etc...  We are a total provider dealing with great product lines.  Even if you have specific product requests, between our distributors and partners in the industry, there isn't much we can't provide.

There are three on-site phases of installation to any project:

• Pre-wire; running all the cabling we will need from point to point.
• Trim; getting most cables terminated, getting the jacks and coverplates on the walls and organizing the head-end distribution.
• Final Installation; bringing in equipment, assembling distribution racks and boards, programming and set-up of individual systems, testing and troubleshooting and client education.

You have just installed a performance system and to keep it performing you need to maintain it.  The first 90 days are on us.  Most of the equipment we provide comes with a one year manufacturers warranty. Any system installed by Soundgarden is warranted against defects in installation for 90 days.  Those first 90 days are also to work the bugs out.  They are always there and we will take care of them.  After that we will provide ongoing service and maintainance.
